Refund policy

At Espoir Professional, we are dedicated to crafting each product to provide the best possible results with complete transparency. We hope you love our products as much as we do! However, if for any reason you're not fully satisfied and wish to return your product, please reach out to us, and we’ll take care of everything.

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an expired product

To process a return or replacement, please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery. Simply email us at espoirpro.shop@gmail.com to raise your request.

Please note that no returns or claims will be accepted after 5 days from the delivery date.

Once we receive your request, please allow us 48 hours to review it. If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep via our trusted courier partner.

Upon receiving the returned item, our service team will inspect it. If the issue is verified, we will issue a refund within 24 hours.
