Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • Once shipped, delivery times may vary:

    • Metro Cities: 1–3 working days

    • Within the Same State: 2–4 working days

    • Other Indian States: 3–5 working days

    • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

    • International Orders: 7–21 working days

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping for all orders within India (both prepaid and COD).

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Cancellations & Delivery Rejections

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched, as courier fees are paid upfront.

  • You may refuse the order at delivery, but we strongly recommend accepting it to minimize the risk of damage and to support small businesses like ours.

  • Frequent refusal of COD orders may lead to the disabling of COD for future purchases.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting 10% of the order value to cover transaction and handling charges.

Address Changes

  • If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, you can easily update your shipping address.

Unfortunately, no. However, you can reject the delivery if absolutely necessary.

4. I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?
Yes! If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, simply type “change address” in our WhatsApp chat, and we’ll update it.

5. My order was delayed. What can I do?
